Ahh its Homecomming weekend and this weekend is the Rutgers vs. Pittsburgh game  piece of home has come back to me. Today i have gotten only a few hours of sleep and took a nap. Little did i know i woke up to explosions, being blind sighted by a building I woke up in a panic thinking maybe we were being bombed... ahh north korea is finally getting us back by testing their long distant missle systems and we all know our NMD system has never worked. The second thing that poped to mind when i realized that we werent getting bombed and it was just fireworks were..."Shit did i really sleep through the rest of fall semester and spring semester? and its the 4th of july?" thank god none of the above was apparent. So how is everyone doing?

Did you ever find out why fireworks were going off? I remember it was either in the 8:00 or 9:00 hour a couple of Fridays ago, I was working in Electronics at Target and all of a sudden heard really loud booms. I didn't know what it was at first and it got most everybodys' attention. I finally figured out that they were probably shooting off fireworks across the street either at the ballpark or the speedway. It was weird because when I was coming to work it looked like not much was going on at the speedway or the ballpark. Another interesting thing is in the back of the store sometimes if stock cars are practicing or testing at the speedway, we can hear them - inside. It doesn't get me excited at all because I don't care for stock car racing, but it is amazing that we can hear some of the stuff we hear inside our store. Anyway, I'm doing alright. Hope all is well for you. -Matt

No, it is not too late to accept and I think you do it by going to your weblog and underneath the Edit section you will see: Your Profile, Your Friends, Account Info, etc. Click on the "Your Friends" link. It will take you to a page for friends. Click on the "Invites" Tab and you should be able to accept right there. I hope that helps. -Matt

Really? You don't have a "Your Friends" link? Well, that puzzles me especially because you're not the only one who doesn't have one. Chris (Eleven) said he doesn't have that either. What puzzles me is that some people have it and some don't. I don't know why. Well I'm sorry you don't have that option. I am trying to get all my friends/subscribers to become a friend so I can set my blog to private. Why? Well, I've had people I don't know harassing me and my friends so if I set my blog to private, he won't be able to view it anymore. However, I'm going to wait until everyone has that option because I still want you and Chris to be able to view my site still so I guess it'll have to wait. That really does have me puzzled though as to why some people have it and some don't. -Matt
